Only an individual 16 years old or younger may participate on Junior Hunting Days as described in COMAR 08.03.03.03, .07, and .08. A junior hunter shall: Possess a valid hunting license; Possess a nonresident hunting license; or Be exempt from the hunting license requirement by Natural Resources Article, §10-301, Annotated Code of Maryland. A junior hunter shall be accompanied by an unarmed individual who: Is 21 years old or older; and Either: Possesses a valid hunting license; or Is exempt from the hunting license requirement by Natural Resources Article, §10-301, Annotated Code of Maryland.
