Seasons. At Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge, the deer hunting season or seasons will be set by the Refuge Manager between the dates of September 1 and December 31. The actual opening and closing dates shall be proposed by the Refuge Manager and approved by the Director, on or before September 1, annually. Bag limits shall conform to Statewide bag limits. A person shall obtain a special Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge hunting permit before hunting is authorized on the Refuge.
