Violation of these regulations is a misdemeanor punishable under Natural Resources Article, §§10-2A-07, 10-1101, 10-1105—10-1108, 4-2A-07, 4-1201, 4-1205—4-1207, and 4-1209, Annotated Code of Maryland.
