Regulation .07 Wildlife Damage Control Permits — Application Fee.

The application fee for a commercial wildlife damage control operator permit is $50. The Service shall return half the application fee if it denies a permit application.

An application fee is not required for a public agency wildlife damage control operator permit if the applicant is a governmental agency or verified contractor and provides wildlife damage control services at no cost to the complainant.
