### Chapter 03 — Certificate of Boat Number

#### Regulation .07 Removal of Number.

*COMAR 08.04.03.07*

The person whose name appears on a certificate of number as the owner of a vessel shall remove the number and validation sticker from the vessel when the:

A. Vessel is documented by the Coast Guard;

B. Certificate of number is invalid under Regulation .08 of this chapter;

C. Vessel is no longer principally used in the state where the certificate was issued; or

D. Certificate of number has been revoked.
