An eligible landowner seeking technical assistance may be required to submit the following to the Department during the rendering of requested assistance: The name, address, Social Security or federal identification number, and telephone number of the landowner; and A sketch map of the property at a scale of not less than 1 inch = 660 feet, indicating the location by reference to: Known map coordinates, Tract designations, Deed references, Property boundaries, Property tax account numbers by parcel, North direction, and Pertinent geographic and man-made features. An eligible landowner seeking technical assistance may be required to submit the goals, objectives, or issues for which technical assistance is being sought.
