Regulation .10 Fires.

An individual shall obtain a permit from the Service before kindling, building, maintaining, or using a fire in an area of a State park not designated for fires. The Service may revoke the permit for violation of this condition.

A fire permit may be revoked at any time by a park officer.

A fire shall be continuously under the surveillance of a competent individual 16 years old or older. A fire shall be extinguished before the responsibility of the permittee ends.

An individual may not discard a burning object within a State park.
