Regulation .12 Refuse, Rubbish, and Glass Containers.

Except in containers provided by the Service, an individual may not deposit garbage, sewage, waste, foodstuffs, paper, or other litter in a State park.

An individual may not possess a glass container or other hazardous object in a swimming area, beach, or other area of a State park where this is prohibited.

An individual may not deposit in Service-provided containers any garbage, sewage, foodstuffs, paper, or other litter originating from a private residence, commercial business, or other source outside of State park boundaries.
