An individual may not act in a disorderly manner in a State park by: Making loud and unseemly noises or profanely cursing, swearing, or using obscene language; Indecently exposing their person or performing an indecent act; Throwing missiles, to the annoyance of the public; Interfering with, encumbering, obstructing, or rendering dangerous any public place; Engaging in, instigating, or encouraging a confrontation or fight; Operating a generator or electronic audio equipment, or playing a musical instrument at a sound level annoying to other park users, with the use of these prohibited after posted hours of permissible operation; or Causing a disturbance of the public peace.
