This subtitle does not apply to: An activity listed below in this section, if approved by the Department or United States Coast Guard: Vessel engaged in a professional exhibition, Regatta, Motorboat race, or other boat race, Marine parade, or Tournament or exhibition; and Law enforcement vessels.
