This chapter does not apply to: Personal watercraft used solely for the purpose of emergency rescue operations and associated training programs; The following activities, if approved by the Department of Natural Resources: Personal watercraft engaged in a professional exhibition, A regatta, A motorboat race or other boat race, A marine parade, A tournament or exhibition.
