Eastern Bay encompasses all the waters of Eastern Bay and its tributaries northeasterly of a line from Kent Point, at or near Lat. 38° 50.167' N., Long. 76° 22.100' W., then running 98° (True) to Wades Point, at or near Lat. 38° 49.717' N., Long. 76° 17.867' W., upstream to Kent Narrows and the Miles River.

Shipping Creek encompasses the area beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 54.753' N., Long. 76° 20.583' W., then running 116° (True) to a point at or near Lat. 38° 54.693' N., Long. 76° 20.421' W., and running to the head of the creek. This area has a 6-knot speed limit Saturdays, Sundays, and State holidays, during the boating season.

This area has a 6-knot speed limit Saturdays, Sundays, and State holidays, during the boating season.

Upper Cox Creek encompasses the area north of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 58.478' N., Long. 76° 18.155' W., then running 90° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 58.478' N., Long. 76° 18.145' W., and running to the head of the creek. This area has a minimum wake zone all year.
