The Patapsco River encompasses all the waters of the Patapsco River and its tributaries westerly of a line beginning at North Point, at or near Lat. 39° 11.72’  N., Long. 76° 26.52’ W., then running 172° (True) to Bodkin Point, at or near Lat. 39° 7.95’  N., Long. 76° 25.83’ W.
