Meredith Creek encompasses the area beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 39° 0.050'  N., Long. 76° 25.552' W., then running 66° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 0.070'  N., Long. 76° 25.493' W., and running to the head of the creek. This area has a 6-knot speed limit all year.
