#### Regulation .02 Exceptions.

*COMAR 08.18.35.02*

This chapter does not apply to:

A. Upon prior approval of the event by the Lake manager, the following activities:

  (1) Vessels engaged in a professional exhibition,

  (2) Regattas,

  (3) Boat races,

  (4) Marine parades, and

  (5) Tournaments or exhibitions;

B. Law enforcement vessels; and

C. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or its agency vessels.
