This chapter does not apply to: Upon prior approval of the event by the Lake manager, the following activities: Vessels engaged in a professional exhibition, Regattas, Boat races, Marine parades, and Tournaments or exhibitions; Law enforcement vessels; and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or its agency vessels.
