### Chapter 40 — JetPack Vessel

#### Regulation .05 Special Operating Conditions.

*COMAR 08.18.40.05*

In addition to the restrictions set forth in COMAR 08.18.40.04, a person may not operate or give permission to operate a jetpack vessel in a porpoise like motion unless the water depth is a minimum of 25 feet.
