Definition. In this regulation, the following term has the meaning indicated. Term Defined. “Licensee” has the meaning stated in Financial Institutions Article, §12-101, Annotated Code of Maryland. Any licensee listing a mobile unit as a licensed location shall provide information identifying the geographic area the mobile unit will serve. The Commissioner shall deem a licensee compliant with §B of this regulation if the person makes a reasonable and good faith effort to identify the Maryland counties or cities the mobile unit will serve.
