#### Regulation .23 Numbering of Horses.

*COMAR 09.10.02.23*

Each competing horse shall be equipped with numbers of style, type, and design approved by the Commission or its representatives. Numbers shall be so arranged that coupled entries may be distinguished as such and also horses coupled in the field as such.
