#### Regulation .08 Content of a Satellite Simulcast Betting Permit.

*COMAR 09.10.05.08*

A satellite simulcast betting permit shall contain the:

A. Name of the permittee;

B. Location for which the permit is issued; and

C. Term of the permit.
