#### Regulation .21 Defects.

*COMAR 09.10.06.21*

The application documents shall state whether the racetrack site:

A. Has any geological or structural defects and include a description of the engineering, design, and construction plans to remedy the defect; and

B. Is located in a floodplain and include a description of the flood history of the site.
