The application documents shall include: Layout drawings of the proposed: Racing strip, Facilities and equipment, Facilities for horses and personnel, and Customer facilities; and A description of the experience of the architect who designed the proposed facility including a statement of the number of racetracks the architect has visited and designed. The drawings required under §A(1) of this regulation shall be: To scale; and In sufficient detail to: Illustrate the facilities and equipment specified, and Show the measurements of all areas including the barns and stalls.
