A prelift meeting shall be: Held to review the appropriate requirements of this chapter and the procedures to be followed; Held before each trial lift; Repeated for any employee newly assigned to the operation; and Attended by the crane or hoist operator, signal person, employee or employees to be lifted, and the person responsible for the task to be performed.
