#### Regulation .14 Deregistration of a Registered Program.

*COMAR 09.12.43.14*

Deregistration of a program may be carried out on:

A. The voluntary action of the sponsor by a request for cancellation of the registration; or

B. Reasonable cause by the Council instituting formal deregistration proceedings in accordance with this regulation.
