Regulation .01 Purpose.

This chapter establishes safety standards for the installation, assembly, repair, maintenance, use, operation, disassembly, and inspection of inflatable amusement attractions operated in the State.

COMAR 09.12.60 and 09.12.62 do not apply to inflatable amusement attractions.
