A.
The presiding officer shall appoint one professional Board member and one consumer Board member to constitute the complaint committee.
B.
The complaint committee shall:
(1)
Review all complaints filed with the Board; and
(2)
Make a recommendation to the full Board on the disposition of each matter.
C.
Before making a recommendation on a complaint, the complaint committee may request that the Department perform an investigation to obtain additional information. After receipt of this information, the committee shall make a recommendation to the full Board.
