### Chapter 05 — Fees

#### Regulation .04 Retired Status License.

*COMAR 09.13.05.04*

The Board sets the following fees in connection with a retired status license:

A. Retired status license fee — $25;

B. Reactivation from retired status fee — $100 for each lapsed licensing period, but not to exceed $300.
