### Chapter 01 — General Provisions

#### Regulation .05 Chairman.

*COMAR 09.14.01.05*

A. At its last meeting preceding each fiscal year, the Commission shall elect a member to be chairman.

B. The term of a chairman shall be 1 year.

C. A member may serve as chairman for an unlimited number of consecutive terms.
