Regulation .06 Responsibility of Promoter.

A promoter shall be responsible to the Commission for the conduct of its representatives and employees.

The promoter shall be responsible for conducting wrestling contests in a safe, peaceable, and orderly fashion.

Violation of the Commission's regulations by a representative or employee of the promoter may be grounds for disciplinary action against the promoter.
