These regulations apply to persons participating in an amateur boxing event in the following capacities: Boxers; Coaches; Officials; Physicians; Seconds; Referees; Judges. Persons described in §A of this regulation shall also be subject to all other appropriate regulations of the Commission. These regulations do not apply to the following: Intercollegiate boxing held or given on the campus of or under the auspices of any college or university within this State; Interscholastic boxing held or given on the campus of any high school within this State.
