#### Regulation .01 Definition.

*COMAR 09.14.13.01*

A. In this chapter, the following term has the meaning indicated.

B. Term Defined. “Prohibited substance” means any controlled dangerous substance listed in Criminal Law Article, §5-101, Annotated Code of Maryland.
