In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated. Terms Defined. “Board” means the State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors. “License fee” means the fee paid by an applicant or licensee, as applicable, in connection with the issuance and renewal of a license and the issuance of a limited license and a reciprocal license. “Mechanical boards” means collectively the: State Board of Master Electricians; State Board of Stationary Engineers; State Board of Plumbing; and State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors. “Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor.
