Subject to §B of this regulation, manual reset following an automatic shutdown as set forth in Regulation .07 of this chapter requires that a licensee or the licensee's designee shall physically inspect the boiler and appurtenances prior to restart. Notwithstanding §A of this regulation, the licensee shall be responsible for the safe operation of a boiler at all times in accordance with Business Occupations and Professions Article, §6.5-302, Annotated Code of Maryland.
