Fee and staff appraisals;

Ad valorem tax appraisals;

Review appraisals which are performed in accordance with Standard 3 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice which is incorporated by reference under 55 FR 53613 (December 31, 1990);

Appraisal analysis;

Real estate counseling;

Highest and best use analysis;

Feasibility analysis or study; and

Market analyses that are prepared in accordance with Standards 1 and 2 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice which are incorporated by reference under 55 FR 53613 (December 31, 1990).
