### Chapter 05 — Cross Training

#### Regulation .01 Unlimited Licensed Pilot.

*COMAR 09.26.05.01*

An unlimited licensed pilot who, without the supervision of a licensed docking master, berthed, unberthed, or shifted at least 50 vessels within a port with tug assistance before October 1, 2004, may be assigned that work without the need for additional experience or training.
