### Chapter 01 — General Regulations

#### Regulation .06 Reinstatement.

*COMAR 09.30.01.06*

A. If a registrant fails to renew a license for any reason, no household goods mover services may be offered or provided until the registration is reinstated.

B. A request for reinstatement shall:

  (1) Be in writing;

  (2) Be on the form required by the Department; and

  (3) Include payment of the reinstatement fee.
