### Chapter 01 — Obligations of Employers

#### Regulation .15-1 Report of Work Refusal.

*COMAR 09.32.01.15-1*

If an employer offers employment to an unemployed individual and the individual refuses the offer, the employer shall notify the Secretary in writing within 15 days after the refusal in order for the refusal to be considered in determining whether the individual is disqualified for benefits.
