In this chapter, the following term has the meaning indicated. Income of a Perpetual Care Trust Fund. “Income of a perpetual care trust fund” means interest or dividends earned on the perpetual care trust fund. “Income of a perpetual care trust fund” does not include realized capital gains of a perpetual care trust fund.
