### Chapter 01 — Alternate Ways to Earn a High School Diploma

#### Regulation .10 Requirements for Retesting.

*COMAR 09.37.01.10*

A. Candidates who have failed one or more modules of the Test and candidates who fail to report to the Test on the assigned date may register for a retest/reschedule and may be charged the applicable testing fee.

B. Candidates who are retested shall be administered a different form of the Test from that previously administered.

C. A candidate seeking to retest shall register as proscribed in Regulation .05 of this chapter.
