#### Regulation .11 Permanent Record Changes.

*COMAR 09.37.01.11*

A. Changes may not be made to a candidate’s record after the diploma has been awarded unless the changes are a result of an error on behalf of the testing service or the Department or a legally verifiable name change.

B. The Adult Education Director or the Director’s designee shall make changes when the Department is known to be in error.
