Regulation .12 Appointment of Interpreter.

If a party cannot readily hear, speak, or understand the spoken English language, the Secretary may appoint a qualified interpreter to provide assistance during an exceptions hearing.

Costs of an interpreter may be charged to the party on whose behalf the interpreter is obtained.
