A.
A person may not establish or operate a freestanding ambulatory care facility without obtaining a license from the Secretary.
B.
License Period. A license is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance, unless suspended or revoked by the Secretary.
C.
A license issued under this chapter is not transferable.
