Open to Inspection. A center licensed under this chapter and any premises proposed to be operated by an applicant for a license shall be open at all reasonable times to inspection by: The Secretary or designee; The Department of Human Services; The Maryland State Department of Education; The Department of Juvenile Services; or Any other agency authorized by the Secretary.
