Regulation .26 Notice to Clients.

Unless otherwise ordered by the Secretary, the agency shall notify each competent client and each client representative within at least 30 days of:

Any significant change of licensure status;

A voluntary surrender of its agency license; or

Denial, revocation, or suspension of the license.
