Regulation .01 Purpose.

To promote the interests and general well-being of all patients of home health agencies providing service within the State;

To protect those interests by a public declaration of support for a patient's bill of rights; and

To assure that the treatment of patients is, at all times, fully consistent with the provisions of this Act.
