Regulation .08 Posting of License.

The home health agency shall conspicuously post its license in its office and in each of its branch offices. The license shall be posted as to be viewable by the general public.

In branch offices, the license shall be accompanied by a Departmental statement affirming the authority of the branch office to conduct its activities under the licensure authority of its parent agency.
