Regulation .15 Resident’s Rights.

Explain to a resident their rights as set forth in Health-General Article, Title 10, Subtitle 7, and Title 4, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland;

Provide, in writing, information regarding an individual’s rights as outlined in §A of this regulation to a resident; and

Prominently display, in accessible centralized locations, the individual’s rights as outlined in §A of this regulation.
