### Chapter 16 — Limited Private Inpatient Facilities

#### Regulation .17 Reporting of Deaths.

*COMAR 10.07.16.17*

Upon the death of an individual in the facility, the administrative head of the facility shall:

A. Submit a written report to the Department within 5 working days of the death; and

B. Use the form required by the Administration.
