Regulation .04 Participant Eligibility.

A participant is eligible for mobile crisis team services and behavioral health crisis stabilization center services if they are experiencing a crisis as defined in Regulation .01 of this chapter.

A participant is eligible for behavioral health crisis services if the service is appropriate to the specific provider type listed in Regulation .05 of this chapter.
