The pharmacist shall meet: Licensure requirements set forth in COMAR 10.09.36.02; Conditions for participation set forth in COMAR 10.09.36.03; and Conditions for their license under the Board of Pharmacy as stated in Health Occupations Article, Title 12, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland.
